- PhD students are eligible to be reimbursed for 31-day bus passes purchased through the MTA All Access College Program or through the U-Pass program.
- Only PhD students in SAIS will be eligible for the DC U-Pass.
- PhDs can be reimbursed for up to 2 passes at one time.
- Reimbursement for passes will be processed through SAP Concur in your my.jh.edu account and must be submitted within 90 days of payment.

MTA All Access College Program
Passes are only available through the CharmPass mobile app. Wait for an email from CharmPass, make an account with that email address. Passes are not sold at the MTA Transit Store or MTA pass sales locations.
Please note that the MTA All Access College Pass is a 31 day pass not a monthly pass. This allows the flexibility to activate the pass when needed and travel for 31 consecutive days at your convenience!
U-Pass (SAIS only)
Passes are only available through JHU SAIS. Contact your department administration for more information.

- Navigate or search for “SAP Concur”
- Create a “New Expense Report”
